As a general rule, the application for such permits must be submitted from your country of origin or from a country where you have had legal residence for a minimum of the last 6 months prior to application.
Please submit trough your nearest Norwegian Foreign Service Mission, either by appearing in person or by maill.
In order to apply for a work permit of any kind you must have recived a firm and binding Offer of Employment from Norway.
A permit to study requires an acceptance letter from a Norwegian College/ University, an exchange organization or your current College/ University.
A residence permit requires documentation as to the reason you need to stay beyond the normal 90 days, such as family reunification.
